It’s Beirut in the 1970s. Karim lives with his family in the traditional building built by his grandfather Abu Afif. One day the residents meet to discuss the restoration of the building, but somehow things escalated to a point where they fought over what color to paint its facade. Meanwhile a civil war begins as Karim lives the conflict internally and externally.
